The unavailability of tissue box, mirror in the room, l did not like the style of the suit, steep stairs, not suitable for old people.
The breakfast is various , tasty. Nothing except the lack of adequate ventilation of the indoor swimming pool that is located on the basement. My stay with family in Royal Hotel was so pleasant so that i extended the nights from 3 to 8. The crew are so kind and helpful, all offer immediate help with smile. The staff are so kind with children and very tolerant The restaurant serves great meals for breakfast , lunch and dinner.
I tried other restaurants, but hotel restaurant is best at moderate price. The swimming pool and spa are also unique and offer good relaxation with professional crew. The rooms and toilets are reasonably sized compared with other hotels in Uzongul. The hotel is well located a minute away from the river and around mts from the Great lake.
